This five year plan outlines aims to drive up standards on behalf of people with learning disabilities. Bespoke courses and interventions are available to support the End of Life Care (EOLC) of people with learning disabilities. From diagnosis through treatment or into bereavement the training is based on both the most up to date research and significant hands on experience of caring directly for people with learning disabilities who are ill or bereaved, their families and the professionals who care for them.
